Dawn Of The Peg.

Purchased some funky little blank Wooded Peg Dolls in a local Crafts Shop last week. I have no idea what I'm doing (as usual), but my ghoulish plan is to try and knock up some tiny little Zombie Peg Dolls as decorations for Halloween in a couple of months.

Here is a photo of my first try at drawing a mini Zombie face on a Peg Doll. VERY fiddly.

I also like that the grain of the Wood gives a little discoloured rotten Zombie Flesh kind of effect, too.

I don't own a lot of Zombie themed 'Knick-Knacks' to be honest, just one or two bits that people have been kind enough to buy me over the years, but when I saw this little putrefied Pussy this week on sale, I thought I'd give him a new home on my bookshelf.
