I think out of all the panels I’ve drawn so far, this is the one that most looks like something out of a horror story. No blood, guts or monsters. Just a door that’s slightly ajar. Actually I’m just coming up to drawing the final scene of the first issue. Which will hopefully be the first big fright of the story. So far it’s been all little creepy moments and introducing the characters.
I’ve got to get my lightbox out later and last time I used it, the back of the plug snapped off, so I’m not looking forward to using it this time. I feel like I’m one of those people in the early moments of an episode of Casualty.
