Last Post Of The Year.

Since this is probably my last post of 2024 (HAPPY NEW YEAR, by the way, if you're into all of that), I thought I'd try and make it a good one.

And what better way to end the year than with a really gruesome Zombie shot. This panel has more than a rotting whiff of Return Of The Living Dead about it, which I quite like.

Many thanks to all those kind enough to show myself and my artwork some love in 2024. It is gratefully appreciated. And hope you all have a brilliant 2025.

Santa's Sack Of Scares.

I thought I'd take a quick moment to share this photo of all the Zombie themed content I was lucky enough to get this Xmas.

From South Korean fast running Zombies, to a Bill Murray Zom-Com. I got a couple Books, a couple of Comics and a few Films.

And yet another edition of Night Of The Living Dead. Bringing my total up to about 9 now.

Merry Christmas 2024.

To all those who celebrate it... Wishing you a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hope you all have a safe and happy one this year.

I thought since last Christmas I posted some pics of my Cactus seedlings when they were about the size of a fingernail and had just sprouted. This Christmas I'd post an update photo of one of my favourite Cacti a year on, so people could see how he was doing.

I think with the green flesh and red needles he's got a bit of a Christmas vibe going on himself.

UK Zombie Movies.

My collection of UK Zombie Movies and TV shows. Or as I like to call them, my 'Ghoul Britannia' flicks.

I might be a bit bias, but I think we make some good Zombie films in this country these days, considering (apart from one Living Dead outbreak in Manchester) we only really started making Zombie Movies here in the UK after the millennium.

I held this post back until December as a bit of a Christmas treat.

Year Of The Zombie.

Wow... it really is Christmas and I must have been a VERY good boy this year.

For this week unexpected new trailers for 28 Years Later and Return Of The Living Dead both dropped. Sequels to two of the greatest Zombie movies of all time are coming to cinemas next year.

I was a little worried 2025 would be a Zombie light year with not much happening with the Undead. Looks like I was worried for nothing, though. Seems it's a great time to be a Zombie fan.

Festive Frights.

This photo has been tilted to within an inch of its life to fit that lovely Christmas Tree in. So apologies in advance for any motion sickness caused from viewing this pic.

Had a really fun and festive time last night watching Gremlins presented by Emily Booth on the big screen. Such a fun furry flick.

Hazmat Horror.

Because it's not a real Zombie Comic without a couple of sinister guys in Hazmat Suits.

Ghost Stories At Christmas.

The Book I'm currently curling up with at bedtime at the moment on these cold stormy winter nights.

Why are Ghost Stories so much better during the Christmas period?

Stamp Worthy.

I kind of feel sorry for my poor old Mum (and all the other older people in the UK right now). Usually by this point in the year, her shelves have started to fill up with Christmas Cards from old friends and family. But as of this moment she currently just has one, and I can't help but think that because of Stamps costing so much now and the price going up again, that a lot of older people are having to give sending Xmas Cards this year a miss to save much needed money.

The cost of Stamps to post, say, 20-Cards to friends and family who you maybe only reach out to at Christmas these days would be a small fortune.

I'm sure more will start turning up as December rolls on, but I just feel like a lot of people this year will be shortening their Christmas Card list as people try and figure out if their friend\family member is worth the pricey Stamp.
